Join Us for a Concert to Benefit Gregory Falkenstein!

Orchestra Miami supports our principal violist, Gregory Falkenstein, as he goes through some major challenges. His precious Jospeh Curtin viola was violently smashed by his former domestic partner. He was able to get out of the relationship only after his partner stabbed him and subsequently went to jail. Now as a result of ruined credit and not being able to afford the former home on his own,  he is homeless (thankfully living with a friend) and to make matters worse, his car was flooded in the recent flooding in downtown Ft. Lauderdale.

Domestic abuse is a terrible thing. There is much shame, regret and trauma for the victim. It is easy for us to judge, but I hope you will take the time to read more about Greg's story and help him out by coming to the concert or making a donation.

FREE CONCERTS with Donations Gratefully Accepted
All gifts go directly to repair the viola and get Greg back on his feet.
