Orchestra Miami's Signature Series is Back!
Orchestra Miami’s popular series of free outdoor concerts returns! This year’s special guest soloist is our very own Principal Cellist Aaron Merritt, who will perform the exciting Saint-Saëns’ Cello Concerto N. 1 in A Minor, Op. 33. Also on the program is the dramatic Overture to Don Giovanni by Mozart and the joyous “Italian” Symphony N. 4 in A Major by Mendelssohn. And of course, we have Beethoven- the Overture to the ballet The Creatures of Prometheus Op. 43. The 42 musicians of Orchestra will be led by Artistic Director Elaine Rinaldi.
